If abusive behaviour happens, we want to make it easy for people to report it to us. Multiple tweets or lists can be included in the same report, helping us gain better context while investigating the issues to get them resolved faster.”

  2. Click or tap the icon.
  3. Select Report.
  4. Select It’s abusive or harmful.

  6. Once you’ve submitted your report, they will send you an email confirming receipt and provide recommendations for additional actions you can take to improve your Twitter experience.

Twitter Lists have been abused for years, as they became another way to target and harass people particularly women and other minority groups. They were particularly useful as a way to avoid being banned for abusive tweets, as the social network took no notice of Lists. Now they have rectified the loophole and many users are commending the social network for the latest update.
