Great news for Friends fans! There will be a new pop-up experience dedicated to the show. The pop-up experience will be in New York City and opens on the 7th of September. The hit show’s pop-up experience is called ‘The One with the Pop-Up’ (fits right in with the show’s titles). At the pop-up experience, fans will get the chance to revisit some of the series’ most iconic moments. The experience promises to be very immersive and it was created by Superfly, Warner Bros. Consumer Products and Warner Bros. Television Group. Tickets for the experience have begun and fans can get it at Friends25popup.com.

About the Friend’s Pop-Up Experience in New York City

The pop-up comes exactly 25 years after the hit shows debut and it promises to be very nostalgic. Fans will get the opportunity to explore the show and capture photos with set re-creations, props and costumes from the show. Fans will get the opportunity to stick a turkey on your head, peek through Rachel and Monica’s purple door, relax on Chandler and Joey’s recliner after playing some foosball or help Ross with the infamous sofa pivot. They will also get the opportunity to learn Monica’s top tidying tips with Method Home Products and they can surround themselves with Phoebe’s favourite things before heading to the re-created Central Perk for a pic on the legendary orange couch.

It will be a month-long pop-up and will include a Friends retail store. The first-day pop-up will be dedicated exclusively to AT&T customers who have a chance to get complimentary tickets through the AT&T Thanks appreciation program. Fans can reserve a time slot to visit the pop-up with a ticket purchase priced at $29.50.

Warner Bros Speak about the Friends’ Pop-Up Experience in New York

Peter van Roden, senior vice president, global themed entertainment, Warner Bros. Consumer Products spoke about the event. He talked about how even though it’s almost 25 years since Friend’s premiered, there’s still a universal fascination and appeal that cuts across all ages. He stated that as they celebrate the 25 years anniversary, they are excited to bring the Friend’s experience to life for the fans. It’s their way of paying homage to the remarkable cast of characters, iconic sets and instantly quotable moments.
