Chrissy Teigen recently launched her new cookbook Cravings: Hungry for More with an experiential event called Cravings Fest. It was hosted as part of this years fall New York City Food and Wine Festival. The event was marketed as an event for friends, food, fun and celebrating. At the event, guests got to sample some of the recipes from her cookbook while also getting the opportunity to meet and interact with Chrissy Teigen.

Chrissy Teigen is a model, television personality and an entrepreneur with a growing food empire.  She’s considered a very relatable celebrity because of her very engaging and entertaining social media pages. She is very active on social media and is constantly interacting with her followers. This relatability and willingness to interact with her fans have greatly contributed to her popularity. Chrissy Teigen has shared plans to replicate this magic with her Cravings brand by making it as interactive as possible. Chrissy Teigen is making the Cravings Brands interactive by encouraging her readers to connect with her on various social media pages. She encourages them to ask her cooking questions on twitter and send her pictures of their meals.

Chrissy Teign decided to launch her new cooking book with an experiential event because she wanted to use the event as an opportunity to further interact with her readers. “I always loved being able to connect with fans in every way possible. Cravings Fest was just that, bringing those same people I already love interacting with, all in one place” said Chrissy Teigen.  She also launched her new kitchenware line from Target. The experiential event was reported as a huge success because guests had only positive things to say.
