British Airways is turning a 100 and is planning to mark its centenary year with a new campaign. British Airways will be introducing a new campaign titled BA Magic 100. The BA Magic 100 campaign will be building on its BA Magic campaign which was initially launched in 2017. The 2019 campaign will be its customers with 100 acts of kindness. This new campaign will be very similar to the previous campaign. We would see the British airline perform heartwarming acts of kindness like arranging surprise proposals, reuniting love one, arranging money-can’t-buy experiences and creating holidays of a lifetime.
About the Initial BA Magic Campaign
The initial BA Magic campaign which was launch in 2017, saw the popular airline perform heartwarming acts of kindness. These acts of kindness had a huge impact on the lives of its recipients. Some of the most memorable acts include allowing Majorie, a child who had just undergone cancer treatment fulfil her lifelong dream. Majorie had a long time dream of becoming a cabin crew, and the airline made it happen. They also helped Joe Brentford who had just suffered from a life-changing brain injury take a trip to Sydney with his wife. Another memorable moment from the BA Magic campaign is when they took 4 kids to New York for a Home-Alone 2 inspired trip.
British Speaks on BA Magic 100 Campaign
British Airways chairman and Chief executive officer Alex Cruz spoke about the new campaign. He started with expressing the joy and privilege the airline felt in being involved in hundreds of special journey every day. He spoke about how they have been honoured to see some amazing moments as they do their jobs. Cruz also stated though the airline has gone to incredible lengths to make their customer’s journeys special. They believe many people still deserve some BA Magic, that’s why they have decided to celebrate their centenary year with 100 acts of kindness.
